Orders can be placed via our website. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We are not registered for GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This is not a guarantee that the product is available. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.

A flat rate of $14 will be charged per order and will be applied at checkout.
Standard delivery times are between 3-7 business days.
Please note that we only deliver within Australia. If you are located outside of Australia and would like to place an order, we request that you get in touch with us at info@tasteandterroir.com.au and we can try work something out for you.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods will pass to you once full payment has been received.
We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 30 days of delivery.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

If you believe a product we have sent you is faulty, please send us an email with a photo of the cork or description of the wine, and we will sort you out.
